While I wasn't a big fan of the vaccines, I never understood why people were trying to get religious exemptions for the shot. Not sure that there's a verse in the or that says "thou shalt not take vaccines" lol

Of course you shouldn’t expect to see terms like MRNA in a millennia old document. Most of the Christian exemptions were based on the use of things like aborted fetuses in the development.

Of course under scrutiny their argument would likely fall apart based on other medical products they have used. But, at least in theory, one could make the case of one had a history of doing the research on medical products and refusing any that were developed similarly.

That's why I went straight to the fact that it used technology, as that's basically the only thing setting it apart from other vaccines beyond a rushed/accelerated development cycle.
