I NEED SOMEONE TO MAKE CAPTIONS OF VTUBERS MOLESTING CHILDREN

@Acoustic

sounds like a lot of lawsuits for libel

@perfect_brains Works of fantasy are pretty clearly not libel! That would be like trying to sue someone who writes Barack Obama fan fiction lol

@Acoustic

1. not if the captions are for real vtubers

2. there a case several years ago in which a man was charged for fictional fantasies he wrote in his diary. so if a DA wants he can get away with it

@perfect_brains @Acoustic no one got charged fir the mori horse audio shit
perfect brains

@snacks @Acoustic

I am not aware of that case, but it depends on whether the DA in that state wants to charge or not

@perfect_brains @Acoustic it's deepfaked audio of mori talking about sucking horse dick
@perfect_brains @snacks Looking deeper into it, that case seems to have been an extreme exception that even most legal experts would call into question. The jury essentially just got so appalled by the acts described in the stories that they convicted despite it being a literal private diary entry. Not to mention that none of these laws have anything to do with libel.

The characters the vtubers stream under are fictional. They’re not just animated depictions of real people… like Jaiden Animations, who literally has some of the most obscene porn of her out there, including stuff about her raping and snuffing babies.

Overall, I would say that fear of any sort of legal action being taken up is unwarranted.

@Acoustic @snacks

your first paragraph just destroyed your own argument

the DA/jury can make the same mistake in other cases

@perfect_brains @snacks “Could happen” is not the same thing as “likely enough to be worth worrying about.”
