Why does #SlingTV on old #Roku TVs only stream at a highly-compressed resolution? It looks like I'm watching a bootleg feed.
And the funny thing is, I know that #SlingTV can look great. It looks great on newer #Roku devices. It looks great on my dad's #iPhone and #iPad. But it looks bad on old #roku devices (which is most of the ones we have in the home).
And ironically enough, if you use the channels' native apps, like the #ESPN or #FoxSports apps, the video quality is pristine. There's no reason that #SlingTV can't stream to old devices with the same quality.
