For an Android app try Re-vanced, you should come across their github page but it's fairly involved to get it up and running.

I'm sure a simple duckduckgo search can help you further regarding a website that abuses the youtube api in order to give you that. Just try adding the word "reddit" to your search term or specifically seek out the subreddit r/piracy
