Normally one can't even get an audio recorder through security at a federal court church. Now there is full video of the trial? Is this precedent? Can we have for ?

@FTL_Ian Federal and state courts operate under different rules.

Most state courts limit recording devices (NB: your laptop, cellphone, or tablet are recording devices as seen by the law), though exceptions may be made for the press, typically at the specific discretion of the presiding judge.
